9ku Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 9ku ("9ku", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the 9ku website, mobile site, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any other product offered through the platform.

By creating an account or placing a wager on 9ku, you confirm that you are of legal age (21 years or older), that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, and that you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 9ku.

To register and maintain an account on 9ku, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. 9ku reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily established.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or close family member of any such person, of 9ku or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether through 9ku directly or through an applicable responsible gaming programme.
• You must only register and operate one account per household. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses, or exploit promotions is strictly prohibited.

9ku does not knowingly accept registrations from players who are ineligible under these criteria. If it is later discovered that a player was ineligible at the time of registration, 9ku reserves the right to void any wagers placed, forfeit any winnings, and return deposits made during the ineligible period at its sole discretion.

To use 9ku's wagering and casino services, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. 9ku may conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the account relationship, and you are required to cooperate fully with any such verification request. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 9ku immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 9ku will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate account security.
• All personal and financial information submitted to 9ku must be genuine and must belong to the registered account holder. Using another person's payment method without their explicit written consent is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
• 9ku reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these registration and security obligations, without prior notice, and to retain any funds held in such an account pending investigation.

9ku employs SSL encryption and multi-factor authentication measures to protect account data. However, you acknowledge that no online security system is completely infallible, and you accept responsibility for maintaining the security of your own device and access credentials.

9ku supports a range of payment methods popular among Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all financial transactions conducted through the platform:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending verification.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 9ku reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with or without prior notice.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, where technically possible, to prevent money laundering.
• 9ku reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms.

All transactions on 9ku are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Currency conversion charges, if any, are applied by your payment provider and are outside 9ku's control. 9ku is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees applied by third-party payment processors.

9ku offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional campaigns to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms that accompany a particular offer:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet rollover requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• 9ku reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, the terms in place at the time of crediting will continue to apply.
• Seasonal and event-based promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup — are subject to specific terms communicated alongside each offer. Unless otherwise stated, standard bonus terms apply.

All bets and wagers placed on 9ku are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 9ku does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred, in which case 9ku reserves the right to void the bet.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or data feed disruption that affects the integrity of a market, 9ku reserves the right to suspend that market and, where appropriate, void affected bets. 9ku's decision in such circumstances is final.
• The RTP (return to player) percentages and RNG (random number generator) certification applicable to slot games and live casino titles are set by the respective game providers and are independently certified. 9ku does not alter or influence these parameters.
• 9ku reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a player has exploited a technical error, pricing anomaly, or system vulnerability to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable under normal operating conditions.

9ku is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Deposit limits, session time limits, and temporary self-exclusion are available to all registered players. To activate any of these tools, contact 9ku support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of confirmation and will apply to all accounts associated with the player.
• 9ku enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all players. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a player is under 21, 9ku will suspend the account pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during an underage period will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9ku. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the platform in a manner not available to regular human players.
• Colluding with other players, the house edge manipulation, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity designed to gain an unfair financial advantage on the platform.
• Using 9ku's platform to launder money or to process the proceeds of any criminal activity, whether directly or indirectly.
• Registering or operating more than one account, or assisting any other person to circumvent the one-account-per-player rule.
• Providing false identity documentation during KYC verification or impersonating another person at any stage of the account relationship.

9ku actively monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited activity will trigger an immediate investigation, during which the account and all associated funds will be frozen. 9ku's determination following such an investigation is final and binding.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9ku, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 9ku has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9ku makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages, 9ku's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

9ku reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 9ku will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
